Intellectual property
Our hybrid neuromorphic kernel, on-device adaptation layer and sparse activation engine are proprietary to Neuramorphic, Inc. and are protected by a USPTO patent application (patent pending). U.S. provisional patent application filed.
Implementation details, calibration parameters and adaptation dynamics are confidential trade secrets and are shared only under a written non-disclosure agreement.
The publicly verifiable base model used in the NeuratronLLM-Edge family is third-party material; all third-party rights are acknowledged and remain with their respective owners.
