Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Neuramorphic, Inc. (“Neuramorphic”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation headquartered in San Francisco, California, and to all websites, marketing channels and software products we provide, including the NeuratronLLM-Edge family of foundation models.
It does not cover third-party websites we link to. Their data practices are governed by their own policies.
Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate our website, respond to inquiries and improve our products.
- Contact information you provide voluntarily through forms, email or invitation requests (name, work email, company, role, message body).
- Technical telemetry from this website: anonymized IP, user agent, referrer, page views, basic performance metrics. Used in aggregate.
- Cookies strictly necessary for session continuity and analytics. We do not sell cookie data.
- Press & partner data submitted through our invitation flows, stored in our managed Postgres instance.
How we use it
- Reply to your messages, schedule briefings and process invitations.
- Operate, secure and improve neuramorphic.ai and related developer tooling.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your data to train any of our foundation models.
On-device & air-gapped operation
Our flagship product, NeuratronLLM-Edge4B (Caroline), is designed to run fully air-gapped on customer hardware. Inference, on-device adaptation and tokenization occur locally. The product code path contains no outbound calls.
When you deploy our software inside an air-gapped network, no prompts, completions, embeddings, weight updates, telemetry or logs are transmitted back to Neuramorphic. You retain full custody of your inputs and outputs.
When we share
- Service providers bound by confidentiality (hosting, email, analytics, billing).
- Legal counsel and advisors, including our outside counsel Cooley LLP, when reasonably necessary.
- Authorities, when required by valid legal process and after lawful review.
- Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to the same protections.
We never sell personal information.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege access, audited secrets management and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately if you believe your data may be at risk.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA, UK, California, Brazil and Chile), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, write to legal@neuramorphic.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after the change constitutes acceptance.
