Biography
Peter Fulle is the founder and CEO of Neuramorphic, Inc., a San Francisco–based foundational AI company building air-gapped, hybrid neuromorphic foundation models and ultra-fast Edge AI runtime for defense, semiconductors, healthcare and regulated industrial deployments.
Born in Chile, Peter is now based in San Francisco, where he leads Neuramorphic's research and engineering on hybrid SNN + SSM architectures, custom CUDA kernels, and on-device continual learning.
Under his leadership, Neuramorphic has filed a U.S. provisional patent for the Neuratron™ neuromorphic edge inference architecture, joined the NVIDIA Inception program, and launched the NeuratronLLM-Edge 4B (Caroline) foundation model — a 5.096B-parameter hybrid SNN+SSM model that runs fully air-gapped on a single NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin at 23 ms inference latency.
